If you are a new / potential client and would like to be matched with a counselor, please click "submit ticket" and then choose "New Client Intake" from the menu. Once we receive your information and counseling experience preferences, an Intake Coordinator will respond within 1 - 2 business days to answer any questions you may have and match you with a counselor.
You may also use this Help Desk to ask general questions, billing questions, let us know any concerns you may have and/or existing clients may get technical support for the Therapy Partner Client Portal. If you have previously submitted a ticket, you may login to track your existing support requests. If you have not created a ticket yet then you would need to register or create a new ticket to begin.
